Shipping Policy
Please be advised that this website is a marketplace where many brands feature their products. Hence products ordered on www.ShopnSafe.com will be shipped to customers by the respective brands and not by ShopnSafe.
As soon as customers place an order, the brand will be notified of your order.
Most orders will be shipped by the respective brand within 5-7 business working days of the placing order. While this is not guaranteed, in rare cases an order might be shipped beyond 7 days from the placing order. In case of any unseen delay, we will always notify you in advance.
While most of the orders will be delivered on time, please note that there might be an unexpected delivery delay caused by stock, weather conditions or courier company ..etc. In such rare cases, we will call you and inform you about your order status.
We will email you the tracking details once the order is shipped, you can track the product directly.
The estimated delivery time is will be 8-12 business working days for most cities in India. Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped.
After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 20 working days, kindly send an email to help@shopnsafe.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported within 20 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for a refund later.
International Shopping? – At the moment, there are some delays in shipping outside India because of the non-operation of international flights.
