Returns and Refunds Policy

In the odd case that you do not love your ShpnSafe products, here is our policy on returns:
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of ShopnSafe.
No return or exchange for items purchased with special promotions and discounts.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 02 days (01 days for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
In some cases, goods will be replaced with the new one if it is damaged or not working as per the condition mentioned warranty by the manufacturer.
The ShopnSafe Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to our partner office in India.
Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you can choose to receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment. A re-stocking fee will be applicable.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll refund your money if we don’t have stock of the goods you’ve ordered or if we couldn’t send the items because of critical situations like natural causes lock-down etc.

Categories not eligible for Return:
Customized Products (eg: lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, makeup combo etc.) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
