CANCEL ITEM OR ORDER
You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.
To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:
Go to Your Orders
Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
Note: Your order will be cancelled after the approval of our team and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.
If your order has already been dispatched (on transit) you can’t cancel it until its delivered. Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made).
Some items like lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, makeup combo, personal care appliances etc. cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it.
The ShopnSafe Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to our partner office in India.
